From September 29, 2022, visa-free entry for Filipino nationals will be extended until 31 July 2023. Filipinos would be allowed to enter Taiwan for 14 days without a visa.
In the first phase, please take note that per Taiwan’s rule, travelers are still required to stay at a quarantine facility for three (3) days and continue self-monitoring for four days.
In the second phase, based on developments in the COVID-19 situation, border controls will be relaxed by lifting the quarantine mandate and enforcing seven-day self-initiated epidemic prevention, which is scheduled to take effect on October 13, 2022.
